Healthcare

Healthcare Organizations are those organizations that have the most difficult to initiate a change process. We sometimes talk of "LEAN in thinking and approach." Health care organizations are often overworked, and just the thought of streamlining encounter resistance. After one preceded a LEAN program staff can have some trouble getting used to that they no longer need to rush when they come to work.

In healthcare organizations some problems are, for example:

- The staff working beyond their working hours
- The staff is extremely stressful.
- Different people / teams working in different ways.
- Uneven workload over time
- Deficiencies in communication and information transfer
- It is very rare to see what can be improved and how we can work on improvements

In these organizations it can be difficult to communicate because of for example part-time work. Personnel must periodically be replaced by others to be given time to improve operations - the customers can't wait.

Health care can benefit greatly by setting out the basic functions such as for ex demands and expectations. Improvement in health care organizations can provide employees a strong improvement condition that may need to slow to save on staff!

Only carefully selected health projects

Within ILENIO Evoteam we are very interested in how health care organizations will manage Lean Production and the new more efficient process that this philosophy will bring. We are quite confident that healthcare has a lot of interesting experiences that are waiting around the corner. Today we have a significant activity directed to business executives and officials, and believes that the move to health care organizations are relatively short. We are very keen to always deliver the highest possible quality in all situations and will carefully prioritize in which health care project, we will participate.
