Where do we start?
It always succeeds best with this type of activity where work is firmly anchored amongst the top management. However,
it may be easier to root if you know the arguments and if you has implemented
an improvement at one department it is a very strong argument.

An
analysis can easily see where you are today and depending on the
outcome, it should compose a working-package which chronological introduce the correct
activities
The introduction to a limitated area take 5-10 weeks depending on the starting position and how far you want to go. The
estimate is based on the existence of a "catalyst" that continuously
monitors and supports the organization during the change.
ILENIO
Evoteam always starts with that, either introduce the group in new
knowledge by training or to directly analyze the status of each company / department. The analysis then shows how it is appropriate to proceed. It is important that implementation is in the right order and by right reason.
There are a few main angles:
Quality Performance. A structured approach solves the problem once and for all. To resolve the causes rather than to improve the symptoms!
Flow / Production. A faster flow results in faster throughput time and less tied-up capital.
Manufacturing Approach. By working smarter, we reduce surgery delays and makes a good base for production improvements. Standardizing work forces us to think out the best way.
Organization. Orderliness by tex 5S and Continuous Improvement creates a structure to capture improvement opportunities.
There
are also things that should not be allowed to take too much focus when
we are trying a more "Lean" approach. An example of this is eg machine
utilization and efficiency of a resource that is not the bottleneck. This sometimes lead us to the wrong way of thinking ...
